- Autor vychází z literární teorie a studuje ženské postavy coby čtenářky v realistickém a naturalistickém románu z pohledu různých literárních škol. Konkrétně se zaměřil na díla tří španělských autorů: Leopoldo Alas Clarin, Benito Pérez Galdós, a Emilia Pardo Bazán. Jejich texty totiž poskytují dostatečné vzorky, díky kterým je umožněno dekódovat různé interakce mezi knihou a ženou coby čtenářkou.
- With background in the theory of literature the author studies the image of the woman reader in the realist and naturalist Spanish novel from the different perspectives of diverse literary criticism schools. With this objective in mind, he has chosen as reference the work of three canonical novelists, realists and naturalists: Leopoldo Alas Clarín, Benito Pérez Galdós, and Emilia Pardo Bazán. The reason for this selection is based on the need to obtain adequate samples that allow us to decode the various interactions between the book and the woman reader.
