Ovlivnění pozornosti a exekutivních funkcí specifickou pohybovou aktivitou (DDR) u dětí středního školního věku s diagnostikovanou hyperkinetickou poruchou

Článek se zabývá problematikou hyperkinetických poruch a jí příbuznou americkou diagnostickou kategorií ADHD. Je zaměřena zejména na otázky narušené pozornosti a exekutivních funkcí. Zdůrazněno je pojetí těchto funkcí v rámci neuropsychologických modelů hyperkinetické poruchy/ADHD, které usilují o komplexní vysvětlení vztahů a souvislostí mezi jednotlivými psychickými funkcemi. Výzkumná část se věnuje experimentu zaměřenému na sledování vlivu specifické pohybové aktivity na pozornost a exekutivní funkce u dětí s hyperkinetickou poruchou/ADHD oproti dětem bez této poruchy (ve věku 9–12let). Využity byly neuropsychologické testy počítačového programu Neurop II (autor: Dr. Laco Gaál) a jako pohybová aktivita byla zvolena pohybová interaktivní hra Dance Dance Revolution. Porovnávány jsou výkony dětí ze skupin podle klinického i podle experimentálního rozdělení. Sledována byla také interakce obou proměnných a závislost výsledků testů na věku. Specifický vliv pohybové aktivity na výsledky dětí s hyperkinetickou poruchou/ADHD a dětí bez této poruchy se prokázal pouze v testu pozornosti, nikoli v testu exekutivních funkcí.

The article explores the issue of hyperkinetic disorders and the relating American diagnostic category of ADHD. It focuses on the problems of impaired attention and executive functions. The conception of these functions is emphasized within neuropsychological models of a hyperkinetic disorder/ADHD, the purpose of which is to give a complex explanation of relations among various mental functions. The research part of the article deals with an experiment focused on examining the influence of a specific movement activity on attention and executive functions of children with a hyperkinetic disorder/ADHD as opposed to children without the disorder (aged 9-12). Neuropsychological tests of the programme Neurop II (by Dr. Laco Gaál) have been used and the movement interactive game Dance Dance Revolution has been chosen as a movement activity. Children's performances have been examined on the basis of clinical and experimental classification, interaction between both the variables and the relation of the outcomes to the age have been observed. A specific impact of a movement activity on the performance of children with or without a hyperkinetic disorder/ADHD has been proved in the attention test only not in the one of executive functions.
