Abstract(s)
Řada lidí si nedovede představit, čím se zabývají profesionálové z oblasti konkurenčního zpravodajství (competitive intelligence, CI). K pochopení praktické náplně jejich práce byl navržen systémový průzkum. V této studii je popsána pilotní fáze projektu.
