Abstrakt(y)
Based on the poems Vinum bonum et suave, Aeconomicum Bacchi, Disputatio rosae cum viola, Filia si vox tua, Filia filia vis habere comitem, the paper provides assistance to textual critics dissatisfied with the wording found in extant editions and advises them on how to create a new textual version. Subsequently, it discusses the qualities of a good editor and his/her exclusive responsibility for the published work.
