Abstrakt(y)
The article makes 38 inscriptions on the vault of the Saint Barbara Church at Kutná Hora accessible. Based on the cisiojanus on the inscription attributed to Matěj Rejsek, the completion of the vault can be dated to August 28, 1499. The article analyses the inscriptions that have some bearing on theology and points out that the eucharistic (i.e. utraquist) purpose is accentuated here much more than it has been acknowledged in the scholarship so far.
